I am a work in progress for sure! My age markers place me beyond 65 yet I feel that I have just arrived here and got my bearings. In truth I often feel like a teenager with so many avenues opening before me.

The short form of my story is that I had the rug pulled out from under me several times. This is not a pity party, on the contrary, it is the knowing that with the help of friends and the Divine, I picked up the pieces and discovered I had grown some more. Ok, this is my self assessment and optimism after the fact of life challenges.

Lets be clear. I have no musical training. My classical exposure was the beautiful liturgy of the churches and I listened to the pop stations on the radio as a young person.

In nineteen ninety, I bought a crystal bowl and started my ongoing exploration of sound as a transformation agent assisting in balancing, aligning and letting go. It involved purchases, breakage of bowls, sales of bowls and learning to play them gently and learning to listen to them with my heart.

Today I consider myself a student of sound. I am curious about how sound can help our bodies, our sacred temples. I mix that inquiry with knowledge I have gleaned doing many energy modalities. I am available for private sessions and host group meditations/events/workshops with the crystal singing bowls in my home or in the Sound Temple in my back yard.

My mission statement in using sound baths :

To help with  the release of tension & stress while prone and relaxing.

To teach the simple principles of sound as medicine.

To practice ways of letting go, including grieving.

To give our past over to the universe and focus on now and the road ahead.

To present materials that are easy to access as the baby steps of change that we each are calling for.

To encourage intention building and goal setting.

To get comfortable with seeing ourselves as complex beautiful multidimensioanal beings.

To  facilitate personal growth and higher consciousness, including spirituality and universal law.

To develop our clairs.. clairsentient, clairaudiant, etc

To reciprocate in have great friends and feel understood and supported.
